I believe online HELP systems can be useful to some extinct. They are very useful for quick resources. For example, LYNDA here at IU has helped me with Serve IT and web design. I've even learned how to design mock-up apps. I do not believe they are substitutes for good design because your design be obvious. However, Photoshop and other Adobe programs can be really confusing for first time users, me being one of them.
I believe the fan base and the comic community are the categories of people of people in which to focus our persona type for project #5.
