For project 3, one feature that we added was a button in the upper right-hand corner of each video located in the recommended section on the homepage.  This button allows users to remove the videos that they find unrelated, in order to replace them.  The button picture is pictured with an "X" which corresponds to the users mental model they have for closing something on a computer. A mental model also seen in the way people close computer applications and web browsers.

The implementation model for this same action would not have been as clear to users. The action achieved with the simple "X" button design of the mental model would instead be something that could require users to understand the technical side behind that action so they could obtain the same result.  Using the implementation model here would result in a more confusing product for users.
