A lot of us use YouTube almost everyday for various purposes. There were a few things that we've found that needed some improvement. We focused on improving the video viewing experience for the users. Since we found that the current video viewing experience is a bit cluttered and confusing. The first thing we wanted to improve was the size of the video. There are three different sizes of the video screens. We eliminated the small size and went with two options. Our included the medium size and full screen since we wanted to achieve a better viewing experience. With this change, we moved down the related videos below to make sure everything looked clean. The second thing we did was redesign the video players bar. We simplified some of the options, made them slightly bigger, and added a few as well. This made it simpler and much more easier for the viewer to figure out. With our design, we believe that even the smallest changes like that could make a difference and provide a better experience for the viewer.
