4 - Max Sarayev

The user is defiantly very important when it comes to research and design but they are not alway correct. We could see this in the release of iOS7. Apples user wanted a redesign of the OS and wanted certain features. Apple went ahead and redesigned the iOS completely but the end result was not what the users wanted. It was difficult to satisfy such a large number of users. So we can see that the users are not always correct or all can be satisfied. I don't think a new feature should be provided every time a user asks for one. I think it is important to pick the "right" features which would simplify and enhance user experience for multiple users. Too many features could be a bad thing and things could get cluttered. He points out that user focus is important but sometimes it's better to not follow that. The users are not always correct which can cause issues to your design.
