I chose the U.S. mobile banking app as my obvious design app. The design of this app is extremely obvious to the user because it is simple to understand for a new user, it is easy to learn, and it is well organized. The first screen that pops up when you open the app is the log in screen, which is made very clear to the user, and right away you are prompted to log in and continue to mobile banking. Once you are successfully logged in, there are only two options, to either go into your checking account or your savings account, which would be the only two places you would need to go to at this point. Once you are in one of the two accounts, you can scroll through previous transactions and deposits and it is all organized by dates so it is very accessible and easy to read. Also, once you are logged in, along the top of the screen at all times are five options that consist of making a transfer, making a deposit, locating a U.S. bank/ATM, a "more" button to assist the user with issues, and a "home" button. This app is so straightforward and requires no instructions at all. It is easy to use and the design is nice because it is not too complicated which could make the user's experience difficult and frustrating. This U.S. mobile banking app has a simple, obvious design.
