I believe that help systems can be beneficial to the user in many ways. An online video tutorial can teach the user how to use certain features of a software that they are trying to use. It's up to the user to apply their creativity using the tools they have learned. There are downsides to help systems as well. The video tutorial could be presented poorly which will make the user even more confused and waste their time. Also, some tutorials do not get to the main point and ramble on. I don't think this will make someone creative or make them better at design. But it will help them learn some of those features so they can apply those skills.
The persona for project 5 has a dew different users. It can be focused on comic book fans, children, average person who enjoys watching movies, and many others. So there are plenty of users to choose for your persona.
